Shipping & Returns

If your item arrives damaged or there’s been a mistake with your order, I’ll gladly arrange a free replacement. Please hold onto all original packaging, and include clear photos of the item and any damage when you reach out. This helps ensure a smooth resolution.

 

For U.S. Customers
If you're returning an item that isn’t defective or incorrect, a return shipping fee of $5–$28 may be deducted from your refund. (Exact cost will depend on the item ~ you’ll be notified of the full amount before anything is processed.)

 

For Customers Outside the U.S.
If you’d like to return a non-defective item, just send an email to care@graysonwaves.love and I’ll work with you to find a fair and supportive solution.

 

Why I don’t offer automatic returns

Each item in The Grayson Suite is made to order and fulfilled by a trusted third-party production partner. Because I don’t keep inventory on hand, replacements and returns must be processed manually on my end. This approach supports intentional creation ~ but it also means automatic returns aren’t part of the system. If you ever have an issue, I’m happy to work with you directly to get things back in alignment.
